Ingredients
8-10 eggs
1/3 c milk
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Suggested fillings:
Shredded cheddar cheese
Cherry tomatoes
Spinach
Bacon
Mushrooms
Peppers
Steps
Preheat oven to 350. Line a muffin tin with silicone muffin liners or spray the muffin tin well with nonstick spray.
Prepare the fillings. Crack the eggs into a large liquid measuring cup and whisk with the milk, salt, and pepper.
Fill each muffin liner with filling, then pour the egg mixture into each liner and fill 3/4 full.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
